About
Based in Washington, D.C., I research user needs and business goals and develop strategies to meet them.
Skills include:
-
Research (competitive analysis, surveying, interviewing, conducting usability tests, research presentations)
-
Information Architecture (site maps, navigation, content strategy)
-
UI/Interaction Design (mapping flows, wireframing, prototyping)
I hold a Master’s in Library and Information Science, and in other lives I’ve worked as a museum professional, a librarian and an archivist. But one thing I’ve always been driven by is creating seamless, enjoyable experiences that deliver the right information to the right people, at the right time.
I also like other things.
Outside of work I love exploring the world through travel, museum hopping, hiking and eating delicious food. Listening to all the podcasts, reading, trying new things and staying active also rank high on the list of activities that make me happy.
